Purpose
Outside the United States, filings remain fragmented across issuer websites, regulators, languages and reporting formats. GlobalFinancialCore turns that scattered public record into consistent inputs for ReasyPort.
The objective is not to replace the filing. It is to make the filing usable while keeping its meaning, reporting context and provenance intact.
Map more issuers, markets and reporting histories directly from investor-relations pages and statutory repositories.
Make facts comparable while retaining the issuer’s taxonomy, period, unit and original disclosure.
Attach source document, reporting context and a persistent fingerprint to the structured record.
Provide ReasyPort with stable, versioned inputs that can be inspected and rebuilt from the evidence.
Method
Tagged ESEF and iXBRL data is read directly. Automation supports document discovery and unstructured tables, but every accepted value passes source, issuer, period and consistency checks.
Locate annual, interim and regulated disclosures on official issuer and statutory domains.
Confirm the source, issuer identity, reporting period and file type before processing.
Read tagged facts first; parse untagged tables only when necessary and reconcile them to the filing.
Store the structured series with provenance and publish a stable snapshot for ReasyPort.
